No straightforward way to finish change of Batch Repository Type in Web Console

    Description

      When job repository type is changed in batch subsystem user has to restart server. There are 2 issues:
      1) There is no warning about this fact. Just if the user click on info message it can be seen in the message detail.
      2) More importantly there is no straightforward way how to restart the server from web console to finish change of batch job repository type.
