Doing change of attribute requiring restart will show reload is needed under Runtime tab

      1. Run server in standalone-full.xml configuration
      2. Configuration > Transactions - change jts parameter to true
      3. Runtime > Standalone Server > (choose reload in dropbox but do not launch it)

      When I change an attribute which needs restart, I'm informed with green window message that restart is needed (nice so far).

      If I follow this action by going to tab Runtime, I can see message that reload is required which is not correct. Then if I do reload I can see errors that reaload fails - that's filled as an issue at JBEAP-1710
