The content of docs/examples/configs/standalone-minimalistic.xml is obsolete in XP 6 server. The content should be provisioned from management and elytron layers, see tasks.xml. Actual content is the predefined obsolete one.

This fails ExampleParseAndMarshalModelsTestCase.configFiles test of as-testsuite.

The config is provisioned the right way and works in XP 5, hence marking this as a regression.
