      allow-multiple-users doesn't work with Kerberos on ojdbc17 driver.

      This doesn't work with sybase+kerberos and mssql+kerberos. But this works with ojdbc10 driver and oracle23 DB. But ojdbc10 is not supported with Oracle23.

      I'm reporting this jira, because there is a chance that this is caused by WF, so developers should be aware.
