The prod build of zstd-jni changed the artifactId to zstd-jni-rhel8, however that caused some complications in EAP BOMs. Prod is therefore reverting back to using artifactId zstd-jni, and instead adding "rhel8" as a version classifier.

We need to revert the previous renaming of the artifact in EAP sources, but keep the licenses.xml entry as the prod version still misses a license in pom.xml.
