During functional testing of the 7.1.11 RPMs, we discovered that the native OpenSSL library  (libwfssl.so)  is missing from the installed files. This causes failures in tests that depend on native OpenSSL integration (e.g., eap-71x-rpm-functional-test-verify-openssl pipeline).
