GUI Installer cannot find manifest yaml when installing from unpacked offline maven repository dir

      1. Download the installer + maven repo zip
      2. Unpack the maven repo
      3. On the installation path screen use "Override maven source repository" and point to the unpacked maven repository directory

      When running the installer, we have options to go online, or link either offline maven repository directory or zip file.

      Online works fine
      Offline when pointing the installer to zip file works fine
      Offline when pointing the installer to a directory with unpacked maven repo fails.

      The error it shows is "PRSP000228 Unable to resolve artifact org.jboss.eap.channels:eap-8.1:yaml:" (see also the attached screenshot)

      I'm setting this only as major, because I tried 8.0 installer and the same issue is there
