      Prospero is not able to handle more values of parameters on Windows

      Example:

Unmatched argument at index 7: 'file:/C:/j/workspace/tmp/empty_repo'
Installs a new instance of the application server. 

Usage: jboss-eap-installation-manager install --profile=<predefined-name> --dir=<target-directory> [OPTION]...

      This issue is valid also for --repositories parameter of feature-pack command, "--layers=layer1,layer2" parameter of feature-pack command and most likely for all parameters.

      This issue is a regression, so I mark it as GA blocker.
