that said, XP 6 certainly shouldn't be shipping OLDER versions, so it seems like we should update XP 6  so that, when users migrate, if there is a relevant change between 1.25.x and 1.29.x, we don't break their dashboards. this probably applies to WF as well, since the POM in main still says 1.25.0-alpha. WF, though, is about to get an MP Tel update, iirc, so that will change as part of that process
