(8.1.z) Installation-manager should not advertise the ability to provision the EAP 8.0 and XP 4.0

      Currently it is possible to use eap-8.0 and xp-4.0 profiles to provision those versions of servers. The problem is those would not be able to self-update because they include old prospero version.

      We should remove the old profiles.
