With JBEAP-2541 being fixed in ER4, Installer should be able to update all host*.xml configuration files for domain with the port offset changes set up during the installation.
A lesson of history:
This behaviour was disabled as JBEAP-1990 since embedded host controller (EHC) was not able to update host-slave.xml configuration without being connected to the DC. The behaviour of EHC was fixed under JBEAP-2541 allowing installer to update the ports configuration files again.
