We should not need the netty aarch_64 artifacts for anything, but they are still present in the dependency tree in the clustering testsuite.

This breaks the channel pipeline: netty-transport-native-epoll is a managed dependency with version managed from the channel manifest, but the aarch_64 artifacts are not produced in our productization builds. Therefore, the aligned source code becomes unbuildable.
