This is a remainder that rxjava needs to be rebuild in a way so that the published pom.xml contains license info.

The upstream pom is correct, but the current productized pom is stripped down to bare minimum due to PNC build using different publishing plugin (probably).

The channel pipeline has been altered prior the 8.1.0.Beta release to allow the productized rxjava dependency without license info. The dependency has to however be fixed before GA.
