Installer is terminated unexpectedly after type "u" on HPUX

      Installer process is terminated once user type the "u" key. jboss-cli suffers with the same issue (see JBEAP-916).

      reproduce
      - launch the installer on HP-UX
      - java -jar jboss-eap-7.0.0.ER4-installer.jar
      - press "u" key

      actual
      - installer process is terminated without any exception

      Graphical mode is not available on HP-UX.
