[8.1.0.GA] - EAP channel manifest doesn't conform to manifest schema spec

      I noticed that the eap-8.0 and eap-xp-5.0 manifests (https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/org/jboss/eap/channels/) contains:

      vendor: 
    name: "Red Hat"
    support: "supported"

      but that is unexpected according to manifest schema https://github.com/wildfly-extras/wildfly-channel/blob/main/doc/spec.adoc#manifest-definition

      Such fields are documented as optional only for Channel definition https://github.com/wildfly-extras/wildfly-channel/blob/main/doc/spec.adoc#channel-definition
