When a file or a folder owned by another user is present in the installation folder and the user account running update has read-only permission to the folder, insta-man will fail when generating backup snapshot.
Such folders should be ignored and not managed by the backup - either when creating snapshot or restoring from it.
Note, that if a file or folder managed by the server (i.e. created by the server installation process) is owned by a different user, installer should treat it as an error.
