The build-demander-base module takes care of dependencies required by the testsuite ensuring those dependencies are built before the tests. These dependencies vary based on the galleon pack under test.

The galleon pack under test is controlled at root pom level using the test.galleon.pack.profile.

We can unify the build-demander-base profile behavior into the root profile to avoid future mistakes when both profiles are out of sync.
