EAP 8.1/XP 6 artifacts should use 'Beta' maven versions until 8.1.0.Beta is tagged

      The maven versions used in the 8.1.x branch are "8.1.0.GA-redhat-SNAPSHOT". That will be confusing to users when 8.1.0.Beta is released.

      Most of these components are internal details, but some are fairly visible to end users, e.g. feature-packs and anything that ends up in a user bom.

      It's formally valid to use 6.0.0.GA-redhat-SNAPSHOT for the XP 6 bits, since we don't intend to produce a beta of XP. But since base EAP and XP share the same source tree, the XP source will be released along with the 8.1.0.Beta source, so it's less confusing if that source is identified as beta as well.
