Hard to perform any operation on last server-groups in large domain

To click Suspend action on the last server group in the list user of Firefox had to

1. click penultimate server group in list
2. hit down arrow key
3. click down arrow in the split button - most option are hidden, to show Suspend option, user has to:
4. click on the right hand side of Remove option to change focus to the drop down list
5. hit page down and finally the Remove option is visible and can be clicked!
