• eap maven plugin from 1.x to 2.x
• manifest upgrade from 80 to 81

This jira is about to track on EAP side rule implementation work needed. We (EAP) would need to create MTA product issue to implement such rule(s). In time of writing this issue it is unknown what that MTA project is.
