File chooser for selecting the SSL keystore on SSL security panel points to installation target directory by default (Browse button). We should point the file chooser to user.home instead.

I went through all panels and this one is the last which should be changes (generate auto.xml points to installation target as well, but I am in between whether it should point to user.home or installation target so it's fine to keep it as it is).
