Using the @OpenIdAuthenticationMechanismDefinition in jakarta security for authentication via redhat sso.

We are experiencing reported bug[1] when refreshing OIDC tokens. The issue appears to be a bug reported Jira[1] https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFLY-18807
