Right now the JBoss EAP Installation Manager requires a layer specification when installing the My Faces Feature pack. However, once JBEAP-28614 gets resolved, we would need to allow this feature pack installation without specifying a galleon layer to cover the case where the target server installation is going to be used in Domain Mode.

Hence, it should be possible to allow the installation of this Feature Pack without requiring a layer specification.
