We want to have minimal number of dependencies of eap maven plugin for several reasons:

• To minimize number of rebuilds needed. Rebuild of eap maven plugin cause rebuild of mrrc only repo and image.
• Customers need to approve plugin dependencies in their security teams https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBEAP-28044
• According to Carlo there is possible future requirement of depending only on productized artifacts

We talked on F2F wf-core dependency can be removed. Other possible tactic would be to get rid of test dependencies. That mean specify test dependencies in test module and do not specify test dependencies in eap maven plugin parent. Which I suppose cause test dependency become trigger plugin rebuild.

Work with productisation team to clear out those suggestions
