After upgrading to JBoss 7.4.17 with java 17 user faced this behavior on management console -  "Elytron is missing on Runtime section"

I have test this internally.

On a freshly  installed EAP 7.4 I can see Elytron from Runtime section of console.

Then  I have executed the cli script "enable-elytron-se17.cli", post that I have checked the console and I found that "Elytron" is missing from Runtime section.

Though I can see "Elytron" from configuration section on management console.

But customer wants "Elytron" on Runtime section because they can add alias of cred-store from Configuration section of console.
