(EAP 8.1.z) Add the elytron subsystem to the the domain.xml load-balancer profile

      The standalone-load-balancer.xml now includes the elytron subsystem. However, the domain.xml load-balancer profile does not. That mismatch seems wrong, we should make both consistent by adding the elytron subsystem to the domain.xml load-balancer profile.
