      NOTE:

      EAP 7.4 is on JDK8, so we need to keep using insights java client 1.x branch, the main branch has been on JDK 11.

      Update:
      EAP consumes only the sub runtimes-java-api artifact from insights-java-client, which is targeting JDK 8, so it looks fine from this perspective to upgrade to main branch.
