For outbound communication various subsystems f.e. EJB rely on the Endpoint associated with the current context. This endpoint is build using the classes that are meant to be used for standalone client. As a result, the only possibility to configure the outbound endpoint which is meant to be used by WildFly is to use wildfly-config.xml file and provide it for the whole server JVM using system property.
Outbound communication should be performed using the SUBSYSTEM type endpoint configured in remoting subystem.
