[GSS](8.0.z) Update 8.0.2 applied via CLI fails on windows

      • While restating server using shutdown --perform-installation, EAP 8 upgrade 2 fails with below error message :
      ERROR: java.nio.file.FileSystemException: [c:\jboss-eap-8.0\jboss-modules.jar |file:///c:/jboss-eap-8.0/jboss-modules.jar]: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
ERROR: The operation was unsuccessful. The candidate server was not installed correctly. 
      • The EAP 8 upgrade 2 works fine on Linux machine.
