Currently, the only tests I can find in our testsuite are in the testsuite/integration/microprofile module, which runs with standalone-microprofile.xml. This in turn adds the microprofile-telemetry subsystem.

The only 'tests' we have of opentelemetry without microprofile-telemetry are the opentelemetry-tracing quickstart, which led to the discovery of the regression from JBEAP-26952 a bit late in the cycle (see JBEAP-27196). We need a test in WildFly which tests with just opentelemetry (the same way as the quickstart does it)
