This is a continuation of JBEAP-29550 to add the "proposed" support.

In this testing we are only talking about the integration test modules, not the unit tests within the individual subsystems / modules.

We also need to consider the client side testing with the dependencies in the poms also updated to reflect the manifest defined dependencies.

A positive test result needs to be obtained before dev tagging.

Users installing XP5 will also need to be using the up to date EAP 8 manifest so we don't need prior versions.
