[QE](7.4.z) HostExcludesTestCase fails with a patched server

      JBEAP-23744 added back MP modules to the server. The test case doesn't include patch layers when getting module roots, so any extensions added in a patch are not visible to the module loader.

      These extensions are expected to be available after applying the EAP72 host-exclude configuration to the extensions supplied by this server release: [org.wildfly.extension.microprofile.opentracing-smallrye, org.wildfly.extension.microprofile.health-smallrye, org.wildfly.extension.microprofile.config-smallrye]

            Verifying with 7.4.17.GA-CR1 that the issue description does not happen any more. (The test still fails, with a minor error (adding "org.wildfly.extension.elytron.jaas-realm" to the 62 extension list makes the test pass)), but this is not a regression since it exists also in the previous version.
