(8.0.z) JCA: make sure WorkManager doesn't relate on jboss-threads executor's blocking API

    Description

      Blocking call in jboss-threads are not implemented in jboss-threads 2.x already and removed from API in 3.x. IronJacamar has already been updated so that it relies only on non-blocking calls and is ready for jboss-threads 3.x updated. This is the WildFly side of this fix.
