Revisit the location of installation-manager and jboss-eap-installation-manager scripts in EAP/bin directory

      There is installation-manager.} and {{jboss-eap-installation-manager. scripts in EAP/bin folder. My understanding is that usage of those scripts directly by users is unsupported (at least we don't have any such case documented). bspyrkos If I'm wrong, please link some documentation or analysis document with such usage.

      Based on the discussion on google document, users may tends to use such scripts directly, so we need to re-evaluate the location of those scripts (maybe move it to EAP/bin/private or EAP/bin/internal?) or consider to hidden these scripts (not sure about windows, but adding . should be good enough on linux).
