Both rest-at and compensation API seems to be unsupported, see:
Those parts of a software are unsupported, but theoretically could brings some CVEs into EAP. Is there some reason for keeping it in EAP? Can we remove those modules in EAP 8.1 or do we need to wait at least for EAP 9?
Update:
Only remove the compensations module.
