1. Install EAP XP 5.0.0.GA build, and start with standalone-microprofile from terminal.
2. Go to http://IP:9990/console/index.html
3. Click Runtime from the top navigation bar.
4. Click MicroProfile Health under Monitor.
5. Click View and check the details for MicroProfile Health page and click Help.

Actual results:

[ALL LANG] Unlocalized strings and missing period '.' in the view details page of Runtime - MicroProfile Health.

Expected results:

1. Those strings should be localized.
2. The missing period '.' should be added for all locales.
