Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install EAP XP 5.0.0.GA build, and start with standalone-microprofile from terminal.
2. Go to http://IP:9990/console/index.html
3. Click Configuration from the top navigation bar.
4. Click MicroProfile Fault Tolerance under Subsystem, and click View.
5. Check the details for microprofile-fault-tolerance-smallrye on the right panel.

Actual results:

[en_US][ALL LANG] Unlocalized string and duplicated period '.' in MicroProfile Fault Tolerance right panel and page.

Expected results:

1. String 'subsystem' should be localized.
2. The duplicated period '.' should be removed for all locales.
