[ALL LANG] Hard-coded or duplicated period '.' in MicroProfile - All Help and Attribute or Operations panels

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install EAP XP 5.0.0.GA build, and start with standalone-microprofile from terminal. 2. Go to  http://IP:9990/console/index.html 3. Click Configuration from the top navigation bar. 4. Click Microprofile Config under Subsystem, and click View. 5. Click Config Sources or Config Providers or MicroProfile Health or MicroProfile JWT from left to check the details. 6. Click Help button or Attributes or Operations tab. Actual results: [ALL LANG] Hard-coded or duplicated period '.' in MicroProfile - All Help and Attribute or Operations panels. Expected results: The period '.' should be localized correct for ja_JP/zh_CN locales and no duplication period '.' for en_US. Additional info: Please see the attached screen-shot.
