Reference to IDP web app instead of to SP

Description: There is stated that "By default, picketlink.xml is located in the WEB-INF directory of the IDP web application.", which is correct for IdP we application. For SP web app, there should be ".. of the SP web application."

Suggestion: Fix referred application type from IDP to SP.
