EAP 74 quickstart uses links to nonexisting templates, should be migrated to Helm charts?

The linked templates in README do not exist anymore

so the quickstart guide can't be followed. The EAP 8 now migrated to use Helm charts but we can fix this problem for 7.4 quickstarts so they can be run by customers that use 7.4
