Prospero revert operation doesn't change the installation-channels.yaml file

    Description

      If the .installation/installation-channels.yaml file has been changed between state A and state B, reverting to state A does not revert the .installation/installation-channels.yaml. 

      Workaround is to run `channel remove`/`channel add` operations to change the installation-channels.yaml file to previous state after the revert.
