Rollback of update in webconsole doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

1. download EAP
2. ./add-user.sh -s -u test -p test
3. start server
4. update the server through webconsole
5. try to revert an update. There is an "Revert" button in "commit" with an update. But if we need to revert the update, we need to go back to the previous commit, where is not an "Revert" button. If I try to click on available revert button, server is provisioned from scratch, but no artifacts are changed
