It seems that the service-name attribute is no longer taken into account by the OpenTelemetry subsystem implementation, and the service name will default to the deployment name. Users won't be able to use this attribute anymore and will have to either change the deployment name or to enable Microprofile Telemetry subsystem and then override the service name via otel.service.name. For non-MP users, this functionality should be restored.
