[RN] Mention missing files in EAP provisioned on OpenShift

Newly in EAP8 provisioned server on OpenShift there are missing those files in server:

bin/appclient.bat
bin/appclient.conf
bin/appclient.conf.bat
bin/appclient.conf.ps1
bin/appclient.ps1
bin/appclient.sh
appclient
bin/client
# appclient dependencies
bin/jconsole.bat
bin/jconsole.ps1
bin/jconsole.sh
# we do not expect development in openshift context
bin/wsconsume.bat
bin/wsconsume.ps1
bin/wsconsume.sh
bin/wsprovide.bat
bin/wsprovide.ps1
bin/wsprovide.sh

Windows files are unusable on RHEL, that is obvious. But RHEL variants could be used in some hard to imagine scenarios.

Maybe just short message that bin/appclient.sh, bin/wsprovide.sh, bin/wsconsume.sh, bin/jconsole.sh, bin/client are newly missing would be enough. Please consult exact wording with jdenise@redhat.com
