      Say that not setting the KUBERNETES_NAMESPACE creates a cluster of one. That is not true, It creates a cluster with pods located in the namespace named "default".

       
      We already document that KUBERNETES_NAMESPACE must be set. I think that we should update the documentation and remove what happens if not set.
