This is follow-up to ~~ISPN-15147~~.

Thread groups are being created repeatedly in following classes, causing a leak:

DefaultAsyncExecutorFactory,
NamedExecutorsFactory,
NettyEventLoopFactory.

Try to modify the logic so that each group is only created once.
