There is a difference in the content between EAP7 and EAP8 javadocs zip.

Comparing 7.4.13 and 8.0.0.GA-CR1
the content of META-INF/MANIFEST.MF is very different, almost looks like EAP 8 javadocs are not build by PNC (or configured differently)

And probably as a consequence there is no META-INF/maven in EAP8 javadocs

This jira is not a functional issue (there are others for that), it is to understand the reason behind the difference and evaluate if that is a problem or not.
