The eap-installer project comes with "GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0" but nothing of such kind is included in installer jar and instead several different licenses are included in jar.
I think it is caused by the fact how installer is build (shaded jar), so we need to be explicit about what to include and where.

EAP7 installer jar have the license under META-INF/LICENSE.txt if we want to match that
