Undertow single-sign-on settings should be removed from Web Console

      In Configuration => Subsystem => Web => Server => default-server => Hosts => default-host => Single Sign On, it is not possible to add the resource or manage the resource as it should be available just in admin-mode:

      [standalone@localhost:9990 /] /subsystem=undertow/server=default-server/host=default-host/setting=single-sign-on:add

      The resource should be removed from Web Console as it's not possible to manage it there any more.
