Fix/migrate tests-hal-basic tests of testsuite.next

      Some of the test in the tests-hal-basic test module of testsuite.next are failing:

      To keep the coverage the tests should be fixed or (rather) migrated to manatoko or berg test suite and fixed, as we are abandoning testsuite.next. Some of the tests from HomePageTest are already in berg.
